We are looking for people who want to either supplement their income or are looking to make a career level income. We are looking for Health & Wellness Coaches to support clients looking to achieve their wellness goals through proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Our clients want to lose/gain/maintain weight, increase their energy, and improve overall health. We also work closely with athletes to help them improve their performance with better nutrition. As an Independent Coach, you will be responsible for customizing nutrition programs to suit their needs and support them in reaching their wellness goals. The coaches we select will go through our training and will be responsible for meeting with us at least once per week for continuing training. Other than that, you will be free to set your own schedule. We find and support our clients through: - Weight Loss and Health Challenges - Nutrition Clubs - Networking - Social Media - Gyms - Bootcamps, etc. We are looking for candidates who are: - Interested in Helping Others - Self Motivated - Teachable - Entrepreneurial - ?People Friendly? We do not require any previous nutritional or physical training experience. BILINGUAL A PLUS!! Our part time coaches work an average of 5-15 hours per week and earn $500-$2,500 per month depending on the number of clients they maintain. This is a 1099 position, not a W-2. We are growing so quickly that we are also looking for a select group of leaders to help expand mulitiple locations throughout the Central Texas area. Our Leaders earn $2,500-$9,000/mo and above depending on the size of their location, the number of Wellness Coaches they are leading, and the amount of time they have been with us. Because we are experiencing such rapid growth and response to become Wellness Coaches with us, an orientation is required for you to learn more about who we are and what we do. This session usually lasts about an hour. A separate appointment will be scheduled to go into more detail.
