Payroll and HR Assistant Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Seeking a qualified Bilingual (Spanish) Payroll and HR Assistant. Immediate Hire - Full-time/Perm.
This is a very exciting opportunity with a family owned and operated thriving hip restaurant in the heart of the Pearl district in downtown. The culture of this company is family-centric,fast paced and high energy. There is a great deal of room for growth within the company.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Perform bi-weekly payroll and support the Chief Accountant and HR Director with other daily duties.
The secondary function of the position is to provide English/Spanish translation as necessary.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years in fast-paced office environment (HR a plus)
1+ year working w/ Payroll management systems (ADP a plus)
Strong bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish-English)
Resilient and adaptable attitude (restaurant experience a plus)
Proficient in MS Office
