Check Into Cash is currently seeking a motivated Regional Manager to join our team. With 1100+ Check Into Cash locations nationwide, our Regional Managers are one of the key driving forces behind our success. We are looking for someone that can provide exceptional leadership, create a culture of unmatched customer service, and someone that will motivate his/her region for growth.
The Regional Manager is responsible for the leadership of 8+ District Managers and 100+ Centers within their assigned market. The RM is responsible for meeting/exceeding the financial goals the Districts within the assigned territory, as well as the of all employees. The RM will oversee multiple states, while ensuring that the company?s policies and procedures are followed within the assigned region.
Financial
Prepare and review annual budgets with District Managers.
Direct District Managers on a daily basis in order to meet/exceed financial goals.
Daily monitoring of delinquency percentage to increase profitability.
Direct DMs in observing and monitoring customer transactions.
Review expenditures with DMS to ensure goals are met.
Ensure proper accounting procedures are being followed.
Ensure financial goals are met through training and development of DMs and center personnel.
Perform other duties or instructions legally required by management.
Operations
Conduct tours on a regular basis with DMs to ensure Centers are within legal and company compliance.
Investigate each customer complaint to resolution ensuring customer service is a priority.
Teach and monitor completed DM reports and forecast monthly revenues for districts.
Ensure new Center openings occur as planned.
Monitor DM work schedules to ensure compliance.
Implement marketing plans to achieve growth of Centers in assigned districts.
Ensure Collection guidelines are maintained to company standards.
Review internal/external audits and audit responses for Centers in assigned districts.
Human Resources
Ensure staffing within assigned district is accomplished within company guidelines.
Interview, select, hire, develop, motivate, and train DMs.
Develop employees throughout assigned districts.
Monitor/conduct development action plans and workshops for personnel in assigned districts.
Monitor/conduct disciplinary action and terminations within assigned districts.
Approve evaluations and merit increases for personnel within assigned districts as well as recommendations for personnel promotions.
Requirements:
Successful completion of company sexual harassment program for supervisors and managers.
Understanding of Check into Cash policies and procedures.
Understanding of state laws.
Good work history.
Extensive travel required.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Proven leadership in multi-state, multi-unit supervision.
Solid credit history.
Attend UCIC Operations and Masters.
Valid driver?s license.
