Pastry/Baker Chef de Partie Job Opening in las vegas, Nevada - Pastry/Baker Chef de Partie Thomas Keller's BOUCHON BISTRO at the Venetian is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Pastry Chef de Partie. Ideal candidate will have 2 years previous experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant. Candidate must be a team player, willing to learn and grow in a very fast paced work environment. Candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and maintain an organized work station at all times. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, walk, stand, bend or twist body throughout shift. Candidate must adhere to our high standards of service and cleanliness. Well groomed appearance required. Able to work Monday through Friday as well as weekends.
