Human Resources Manager Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - Clearview Cleaning Service (CCS) is hiring for a Human Resources Manager at their headquarters in Boise. CCS is one of the largest janitorial companies in Idaho, providing services in Idaho, Washington, Utah, and Oregon and currently employs about 350 employees. CCS is looking for someone to lead our Human Resources department and provide the following responsibilities listed below.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager takes care of employee relations throughout the office. The HR Manager implements and monitors employees in relation to office policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
Implement a recruitment and hiring program in which to onboard new employees
Post all available jobs on employment sites ( , Indeed, Dept. of Labor, school job bulletins, etc.)
Maintain employee benefits plans and updates employees as to changes
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting audits; maintaining records; and representing the organization at hearings.
Report any new employee or contract information to the accounting department for semimonthly payroll
Complete New Hire Reporting each month and send into the Idaho Department of Labor
Fill out any employment verifications for past and current employees
Ensure all employee records are complete and up to date
Complete and follow up with any WOTC applications
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Prepare employees for assignments by assigning positions and scheduling orientation and training programs.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work; schedule management conferences with employees; hear and resolve employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years of experience preferred
Candidate must be confident and assertive
Must be approachable in nature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must have the ability to handle disciplinary actions with a calm demeanor
Candidate must have good listening skills and a discreet manner
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
