Responsibilities:
Work with Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and Internal Software
Entry of Sales and Purchase Orders
Order Tracking and Follow Up
Customer Service (follow up, feedback, etc)
Smallwares and Parts Research and Ordering
Fielding Incoming Telephone Calls and Walk-in Traffic
Deliveries and some Outside Sales
Help other departments when time permits (organize showroom, etc.)
Requirements:
Computer Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Extremely Effective and Efficient Organization Skills
Honesty
Hard Working
Ability to Multi-Task Daily
Dependable
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English)
