Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Sera Prognostics, Inc., a women?s health care company, is seeking a highly successful Inside Sales Representative for our company based in Salt Lake City. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for educating expectant moms about the PreTRM test (the first-of-its-kind blood test that predicts a woman?s individual risk of having a premature baby) so they will ask their physicians to prescribe the test. Success will be measured by number of tests prescribed and taken.
Responsibilities
Conduct both outbound and inbound calls to ?leads?, i.e., expectant moms who are interested in learning about the PreTRM test.
Qualify the caller.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the PreTRM test, ensuring her willingness to ?Request the Test? from her obstetrician (OB).
Build a relationship with the lead and gather information needed to follow-up in a timely manner to assure she has spoken to her OB who has ordered the test.
Continue to communicate through her blood draw window of her 19th or 20th week of pregnancy to assure retention from order to blood draw.
Record and track key metrics in Salesforce.
Understand Sera?s regulatory commitments, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
1-2 years inside sales experience, healthcare experience preferred, women?s healthcare even better
Track record of exceeding sales goals in a high-energy, fast-paced start-up environment
You are persuasive, high-energy, and confident in phone conversations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Motivated by metrics
Familiar with Salesforce or other
Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information and unexpected situations
Passion for women?s health and improving the lives of women and babies
Preferred Education and Experience
