Executive Director of Foundation Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an Executive Director of Foundation.
This position has overall responsibility for growing year-over-year a comprehensive fundraising program that advances the mission of Baptist Health Floyd, Baptist Health Louisville and Baptist Health LaGrange. The person in this role builds strong relationships within the community and helps maintain the margin of excellence in healthcare. Specifically, this includes planning and executing comprehensive annual and major gift campaigns to raise funds and coordinate fund raising through members of the Foundation Board, hospital staff, key volunteers, physicians, patients, corporate citizens and the public at large.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree; preferably a Masters, CFRE or equivalent experience (7-10 years)
3-5 years of increasing fundraising experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
3 years of experience in management of development programs
