Assist./Manager for a CPA/Business Mgmt./Real Estate Firm Local CPA/Business Management/Real Estate Brokerage firm seeks a full-time administrative assistant to manage the affairs of the firm. We cater to high-net worth individuals in the entertainment and other industries. Excellent working environment with great benefits and flexibility! Job Duties Include: - Must be able to multi-task. - Be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during tax season. - Answering the phone on a limited basis. Must be professional and courteous. - Assemble tax returns for individual and entity tax returns. We will train you from the beginning to end. - Maintain and clean up various databases. - Prepare quarterly and annual mailings and emails to our clients. - Set up appointments. - Other general office duties such as working with the postage machine, the copier and scanner. Qualifications: - Must be self motivated, a self starter, detailed orientated and have good communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and how to send mass emails would be preferred but not required. - Proficient in the English language with A Grammar and spoken skills would be preferred but not required. - QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but not necessary. - Real estate experience such as a transaction coordinator is a plus but not necessary. - Experienced in web designing products such Adobe Illustrator and Deamweaver would be preferred.
