Program Analyst Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - The Program Analyst I position is responsible for data management, report generation, Investigation and Reinvestigation Budget process, monitoring inventory and equipment tracking. Position will perform desktop support duties related to Microsoft Applications and require strong analytical, problem-solving and computer skills, as well as attention to detail. Using computer software, this position will also create and maintain databases; enter and retrieve data; analyzes, creates and presents reports from databases.
Minimum Job Qualifications :
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or 1 year equivalent experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
Minimum of one year experience with database report generating software and programs in a business environment.
Minimum of one year experience with analyzing data with budget experience and knowledge of standard accounting or bookkeeping practices and techniques.
Requires strong analytical experience and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge in the following areas; good verbal and presentation skills at the professional level, communication, effective writing techniques and computer skills.
Active DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation, and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified Location:
