Community Liaison Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Direct Care Hospice Services is accredited by JCHAO. HIRING:
Community Liaison: (per diem) Seek out and maintain relationships with new client referral sources presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of developing business relationships with our company using our company's marketing materials.
and participate in community fairs, senior related events, and any other event that would promote our services and company territory to find ways to expand our company's referral base
REQUIREMENTS:
. All positions require a minimum of 1 year experience in home health or hospice, no exceptions . Current license in good standing with the state of California
. CPR certification . Current TB test/chest X-ray and Physical exam. . Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance. . Have excellent observation, clinical and oral and written communication skills. . Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
. Hospice experience preferred . Be self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision and have good organizational skills. . Must be dependable and maintain professional appearance and exceptional work ethic at all times. . On-call rotation may be required.
. All of our documentation is web based (HospiceMD), access to a home laptop or computer with stable internet is required.
COMPENSATION:
Per Visit + mileage, hourly rates also available.
