Outside Sales Associate Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - RavenCrest Tactical, LLC is looking to hire at least 10 NEW Sales professionals to our sales team. RavenCrest Tactical has quickly become a leader in the OTF (out the front) knives industry. We are a "family" owned and operated small business in the east valley and have been growing steadily for the last five years. We have a great crew and are looking to add a few more professionals to the family.

About This Position:
This is a sales position.
There is a minimum base pay per show you sell at.
This is a commission based pay scale.
This is a traveling position (within the U.S.).
Work days are typically Fri - Sun every week. Depending on what kind of "show"/expo you may be selling at it could be a little longer or during the week like a Mon - Wed.
Our current sales team reps make anywhere from $150 - $1,500+ each week.
We pay for all travel and expenses (flight, hotel, rental)

Do you have flight benefits? If so and you fly for free we will bonus you $250 every weekend guaranteed on top of your base/commission.
If you are looking for something with some flexibility and freedom and want to have some fun selling a desirable and unique product, then this may be for you. **Yes, you can make a lot of money with this position and a lot of our reps are making $40K - $60K+ per year currently, but we see that it usually takes a new rep about 4-6 shows (1 - 1.5 months) before things really start to "gel". We have also seen reps on their first show make $500 in commission. It depends on your eagerness to learn the product and your skills as a sales man or woman. We are not one of those companies that will feed you a bunch of hype we want you to know that this is a real job/position and we are looking for the best of the best.
