THE ROLE - Inside Sales Representative:
$35,000 Base Salary + Commission and Bonuses
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals with strong sales and negotiation skills to introduce and sell the luxury real estate auction process and our services over the phone.
Manage the sales process from cold call to appointment follow up.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls/emails
Manage the sales pipeline for your book of business using CRM system
Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections; nurturing them to close sales
Deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals
Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with clients
Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize new and existing accounts

THE SKILLS ? What We?re Looking For:
If these describe you, we want to talk:
Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience; telephone sales preferred
Desire to sell and financially driven, with hunger for success
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles. and secure deals
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills, with ability to explain value proposals to key decision makers
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
Team player who is first in line to help a member in need
Experience working with CRM system
Ability to use MS Office; Excel, Word, Internet and email
