Resident Services Director Job Opening in Havana, Illinois - DD Homes Network is looking to hire a Resident Services Director who is ready to start a stable, long-term career managing exceptional staff & caring for individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes!
What does a Resident Services Director do?
Develops, implements, and reviews the individuals? program plans and progress
Plans and participates in support meetings and activities for the individuals
Maintains an open line of communication with supervisors and staff team
Completes audits of individual case files, maintain case files, and ensure appointments and documentation are completed on schedule
Directly supervises direct care staff team and manage staff scheduling
Responsible for staff on-the-job training on an on-going basis
Completes weekly and monthly home supply orders within budget
Serves as a liaison to families/guardians, contracted programs, and the community

Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Social Services or Related Field
1 Year of Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
Valid Driver?s License
Clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
