International Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - Balco, a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered and custom architectural building components is currently looking to fill a newly created position of International Sales Coordinator.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Coordination of Orders, Quotes, Samples, and Detail Requests
Order Entry into Visual Manufacturing Database
Order of orders for Scheduling
Entry or Approval of Physical Samples / Literature
Entry or Approval of Detail Requests to Drafting
Quoting for reps or customers
B. Daily Communication and Coordination with Field Reps to support their respective territories
C. Communicate effectively with customer, contractors and architects to coordinate project needs
D. Maintain accurate detail of job history in Visual as well as Sales Order folder
E. Provide special pricing for reps as needed
F. Communicate accurate information concerning order status and lead times to reps and customers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Foster team-work by interacting with team members and other departments in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
B. Offer solutions for problems with product or processes
COMPANY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Support and follow Balco, Inc.?s Business Policy
B. Follow all applicable Procedures and Work Instructions
C. Initiate preventative and corrective actions for problems with product or processes
D. Demonstrate company values
E. Follow all safety rules and regulations as directed by Balco
F. Any other assignments, duties or responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor or Executive Management
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Proficient in MS Office Suite
B. 2 to 3 Years of customer service experience
C. Strong work ethic; self-starter, motivated to set and achieve goals
D. Ability to manage projects on time
E. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
F. Positive, professional demeanor
G. International sales and construction industry experience is preferred
H. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
