Inside Sales Responsibilities Duties include: Working with trade professionals and retail clients to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by answering incoming calls, taking & filling customer orders, bidding & estimating accurate and profitable commercial job quotes and resolving customer issues. This individual will review engineering plans, construction documents and drawings in order to provide accurate and complete pricing structure for the intended project. This position will acquire and maintain accurate pricing from vendors to aide in the estimating process.
Ideal candidate will have plumbing product knowledge and strong pc skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to multitask and work with deadlines in a fast paced environment. The ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds is required. Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check and driving record check).
Hours are Monday ? Friday 8:00 to 5:00 with occasional overtime.
