The Opportunity:
Our client is a Fortune 500 company that is ranked one of the top ten best service companies to sell for. Upon commencement, you will receive 8-15 weeks of training being caught up to speed on products and services. Accountability:
Grow territory through the sales of products, services and presentations
Achieve sales success by analyzing customer needs and providing solutions
Maintain sales funnel to forecast accounts that will close
Achieve annual sale targets by working with the Sales Manager to establish selling strategy
Coordinate with account installer to make sure accounts go in on time
Keep management informed through regular activity reports and communications
Update CRM with information found while cold calling and presenting
Requirements:
2 years of B2B experience outside sales capacity
Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for selling
See obstacles as opportunities
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, objection
Strive for success and constantly push yourself to be better
Value added solutions based selling
Actively learn from successes and failures; take initiative to upgrade personal skills
Compensation and Final Thoughts:
This role pays a base of $48,000 plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonus. The first year on target earnings is $100,000 plus. This compensation plan is uncapped and with the top Rep taking home $290,000 and the average rep taking $152,000 per year . On top of it all, you will receive a generous car allowance ($650/Month), paid cell phone and tablet, fully expensed gas a world-class training program.
