Ski Shop Sales Associate Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Skimo Co is North America?s first and only ski mountaineering specialty store. We are seeking experienced individuals who have a passion for backcountry skiing and/or mountaineering. Product knowledge and enthusiasm for the gear should be evident when helping customers select equipment that is right for them. Job Duties:
Interact with customers in store, online, and by phone and provide superior customer service.
Educate customers about ski equipment and its usage.
Help with daily operations including sales and merchandising.
Receive new merchandise and handle returns.
Pick, pack and ship online orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Friendly customer service and sales skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Previous retail or related customer service experience.
Previous experience within ski industry preferred.
Good computer & organizational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
