We are looking for someone to execute winning strategies while ensuring our staff are providing top notch customer service in a fun and effective manner. This role will give you a variety of responsibilities to increase our recycling business, expand our customer reach, and grow our loyal customer base. You will be challenged to grow, learn a lot of new things, and have a great time doing it.
Are you are a positive & fun loving person who loves to handle a variety of customer?s needs on a daily basis? If so, than this job is for you! This position will greet and welcome our larger business customers on the phone or in person at our facility. You will evaluate their needs and negotiate prices for their scrap materials.
You will be our local ?know it all? for our customers with questions and needs. (Don?t worry ? we will train you and make you an expert first).
You will ensure that the needs of the customers are consistently met in a professional and timely manner. You will be our customer?s concierge while they are doing business with us. No two days are the same and we need an inside sales person who likes a challenge and will rise to the occasion.
You will take service requests from our Commercial and Industrial accounts over the phone and schedule the requests with our operations and transportation departments.
Do you like teaching or training others? We are looking for you to assist us in training our employees in customer service and metal grading topics. Since we will make your our company ?know it all?, we will look to you to be a mentor and teacher.

Qualifications needed: Excellent communication and people skills, honest, dependable, quick learner, strong leader, positive attitude, good computer skills, detail orientated and problem solver.
