Inside Sales Associate Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - We are seeking friendly and motivated Inside Sales Associates to sell our restaurant online ordering services. The product is easy to believe in and easy to sell. You will be provided well targeted phone leads to nurture till acquisition. We pair equally targeted marketing efforts to ensure consistent inbound calls and advertisment presence in target markets. An ideal candidate will be able make 100 calls per week while handling inbound leads. Sales reps will be expected to achieve sales goals and guide clients expectations until the client is online. Restaurant operations and SaaS sales experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
Nurture cold calls and inbound leads until we acquire the client
Assess prospective client needs, provide knowledgeable information on product features, and discuss available options
Maintain knowledge of competing offers
Build productive and trusted relationships with prospective clients
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through follow up
Gain and share industry experience with peers
Requirements
Working experience as a sales associate
A basic understanding of sales principles and restaurant operations
Solid phone communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Chinese and Spanish are a plus
High school diploma; Bachelor's Degree in business is a plus

Commensation -
42k or more, no limits on sales commission average reps make 60k plus.
