Job Responsibilities:
Developing software using Android Studio, Java, and Android SDK.
Developing custom ROMs for mobile phones.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals to describe system behavior.
Testing, monitoring and evaluating the utility of the systems to ensure proper functioning and detect potential problems during the software development phases.
Assist with the design of web services for data transmission.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in relevant field
Demonstrable knowledge of industry best-practices
Someone with experience building/deploying AOSP, CyanogenMod, Lineage OS, or similar will have a significant advantage in this position.
Skills & Abilities
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a collaborative environment with project managers, designers, and developers.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time/project management skills.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals to describe system behavior.
Strong problem solving and creative skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
