JOB DESCRIPTION : Present a consistent, professional appearance and our guests on the features and benefits of our large product offering Sell Area Rugs, Furniture and Home Décor Accessories. Communicate and build rapport with a wide range of people and maintain long term client with clients in a timely manner to establish their decor needs, and identify product solutions within the collaboratively with the showroom team and other showrooms to meet the needs of clients and to promote participate in ongoing, industry specific sales training.
QUALIFICATIONS : Direct Face to face sales experience a a passion for selling and history of selling successBasic computer skills -- Word, Excel, email, team-oriented and work collaboratively to achieve team assertive, enthusiastic, hardworking and be trusted to maintain confidentiality and advocate company to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings and most holidays. Must be able to repeatedly push, pull, and lift 40lbs. Must pass a pre-hire background check.
