CED Greentech is seeking qualified applicants to fill the role of Inside Sales ? Account Managers. These positions are spread across all locations within our Northeastern US locations. This position will be directly responsible for supporting our growing base of customers in each market. The ideal applicant is someone who is: adept at building long term relationships, able to work both skillfully and accurately in a fast paced environment, able to self-motivate, able to solve problems and has an eye for detail. All of these skills are a requirement to provide our customers with the outstanding service we have built our name on.
A successful candidate will be expected to work as an integral part of an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and flexible team. This position will require a candidate to be comfortable fielding inbound inquiries and taking initiative in consultatively finding solutions for our customers who look to our expertise to evaluate product options and building strategies for their projects. A preference will be giving to candidates who can exemplify personal qualities that include: good organizational skills, resourcefulness and a propensity for proactivity, the ability to work as part of a team with little external direction and the internal motivation to outwork our competition. We expect that the right person for this position will need to have a proven track record of success and the ability to work in a quickly evolving industry and an even more quickly growing company.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, your involvement in, and understanding of, multiple areas of the Solar Industry and Wholesale Distribution specifically, will be critical to providing the best possible customer service experience. Job Duties
Provide support to outside sales staff for all accounts
Succinctly field all incoming calls and correctly answering inquiries on product, availability, pricing, and deliveries.
Make product recommendations based on consumer needs and product availability
Provide logistical support and routing guidelines for customer orders & reviewing orders for accuracy before delivery
Maximize profits with each account per established guidelines and promote add-on sales through any promotional deals
Resolve customer issues within Profit Center policies and guidelines
Initiate RMA requests with vendors with Manager approval
Maintain extensive knowledge of solar pv system component function, end user financing options and industry trends
Participation in industry and product training events
Ensure implementation of company policies, practices and procedures
Help maintain product price files and CEDNet Matrices
Maintain vendor contact info database
Maintain customer database and email lists
Help organize trainings with key vendors for Greentech Staff and contractors
Develop and maintain relationship with key material vendors
Work the booth at regional and national trade shows
Key Qualifications
Self-Starter & Solutions-Oriented

Ability to foster unique sales strategies independently
Eager to learn and to be a part of a new and revolutionary industry
Able to build and maintain long term business relationships
Ability to work independently as a key member of a team
Computer proficiency on Windows based proprietary programs as well as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
Ability to travel occasionally
Requirements
Associate?s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Sales or Business
Three years of related experience in a Sales Organization, retail or wholesale (not required)
Two years in the field as an electrician or solar installer (not required)
NABCEP Certified desired (not required)
