Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Equipment Job Opening in Westminster, Colorado - Leverage your in-depth experience as a Pharma Sales Manager for a pharmaceutical isolation equipment manufacturer and take your career to new heights with Advanced Technology Group , a division of Springs Fabrication, a leading manufacturer of engineered metal products. In this mission-critical role, you will be on the front lines to aggressively drive significant growth in the pharmaceutical isolation equipment market. As the Sales Manager, you will use your industry knowledge and contacts to develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to both refine our product offerings as well as support our growth targets for this critical segment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth in the pharmaceutical market to support division revenue targets and strategy
Provide input on product development efforts to understand customer needs and industry trends. With this input, we will refine our offerings, standardize designs, and provide best value for our existing and new customers
Ability to analyze customers requirements from URS and write estimating specification.
Write detailed and comprehensive proposals based on our specification offering and the customer requirements
Based on your industry knowledge, continuously evaluate our capabilities and provide input on areas for improvement or where we can have a competitive advantage
Develop sales forecasts based on market intelligence and trends. Quantify opportunities so this data can be used in a sales and operations planning process
Support implementation of a CRM system
Participate in establishing marketing collateral to communicate Advanced Technology value-add. Help create and protect our "identity" as a pharmaceutical equipment supplier.
Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand current customer base
Prepare periodic projections as required to support recommendations on additional market opportunities
Establish a system and discipline to evaluate and grade business opportunities and customers, both existing and new
Stay in front of our customers and prospects - travel to customers, prospects and trade shows as required, up to 3 weeks per month
Qualifications
Clear understanding of the "going-to-market" channels
Proven ability to communicate and position our value and benefits with Key Account decision makers
Proven ability to imitate and develop successful selling strategies
Proven ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business
Ability to understand customer applications as well as our core competencies and fabrication capabilities and apply this to identify and evaluate opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A) or equivalent preferred; or minimum five (5) years related experience and/or training in these markets; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience to include knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques, specifically with aseptic processing equipment
