IT Service Desk Job Opening in New Orleans, Louisiana - Active Secret Security Clearance - Required
We are looking to hire an IT Service Desk immediately. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and successful team. The successful candidate will:
Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance- (US Citizen) - Required
One (1) year experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT.
Must have CompTIA Security+ CE - Required
High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables
Must be able to pass background investigation and drug screen
