Flooring Sales Associate Job Opening in Concord, New hampshire - We are seeking a Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for answering customer quesitons and work with our team when customer complaints arise. You will be responsible for assisting customers with flooring selection and working with customer throughout their flooring project.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and exisitng customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve cstomer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments with their projects
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
Flooring experience preferred but will train the right candidate
Ability to build rapport with customers
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail oriented

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
