Shoes For Crews, LLC is expanding our national sales team and seeking Regional Sales Account Managers for the Industrial market. Regional account managers are key to the organization's strategic business plan responsible for business development, customer acquisition, managing existing customers and developing regional merchandising and marketing programs to support short- and long-term business unit goals. We are searching for experienced industrial sales professionals who are interested in forging new paths for the company and creating new relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
Customer acquisition and procurement via prospecting and new business development
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers by analyzing and identifying untapped potential and leveraging product and service opportunities in the customers' current program
Develop and maintain relationships with customer key decision management in Human Resources, Safety, Risk, Finance, Operations, Purchasing and Payroll
Develop marketing strategies aimed at driving awareness and implementation or on-boarding of new customer programs aimed at achieving new customer targets
Forecast business on a regular basis to support selling and inventory programs
In-market travel is expected on a weekly basis
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years proven and successful B2B and distributor sales management with large account experience
Industrial footwear experience required
Demonstrated and successful sales performance; building and maintaining relationships to generate sales through telephone and in person meetings
Proven business acumen and understanding of sales, successful negotiations, presentation, problem solving, and closing skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM
Current valid driver's license with good driving record
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred
