Senior Financial Analyst job in Worcester, MA Job Opening in Worcester, Massachusetts - Our client is an internationally known corporation growing their finance team! Responsibilities of the position include:
Work as part of the company's FP&A team
Serve as a key part of the annual budget planning process
Monitor company performance against forecast and budget
Analyze variances and provide details and finidings to leadership
Ad-hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Three or more years of corporate finance experience
Strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle, SAP, JDE) required
Manufacturing industry background is a plus
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work across departments
