Summary/Objective: Rogers Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining process standards, bill of materials, routings, cost models, and performing capacity analyses in support of business decisions. Drives improvements in efficiencies, cost, and capacity utilization.
Essential Functions:
Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
Expert in ERP Systems responsible for managing BOM/Routing processes across the division
Estimates production times, resource requirements, and related costs to provide information for business decisions.
Identifies improvements in methods, procedures, equipment, and work flow which increase output or quality.
Documents work and presents results to senior management.

Required Education and Experience:
Five years Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of manufacturing and with corporate management
