Data Entry Clerk/Real Estate Coordinator/AP/AR Job Opening in Pawtucket, Rhode island - Real Estate Coordinator
General responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Performs all general administrative duties as needed
File, organize, keep records of correspondence and project documents
General accounting duties including updating Quick books, AP and AR reports.
Assist with preparing real estate documents for buying and selling
Monitor rent receivable report and contact tenants as necessary for collections
Assist with tenant customer service
Provide prompt response to Tenant questions, including maintenance complaints and Coordinate all incoming tenant requests for service
Assist with pre-qualifying vendors, obtaining vendor proposals, and preparing contracts
Manage certificate of insurance database for Vendors
Collect new vendor information including COIs, W-9?s, licenses and ensure that vendors are qualified
Project Material solicitation and ordering
2 years administrative experience
Strong organization skills, planning, multi-tasking abilities
Knowledge or familiarity with real estate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advance skills in Word, proficient in Outlook, and Excel
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 /hour
