Senior Software Engineer Job Opening in New York, New york - My client is an small, early stage, high-growth company looking to put the right people together to make a difference in the way people use data to make decisions. They are looking for a senior software developer with back end/server side development skills a must. Must be able to write server side code for web based applications and API's. You must be able to create robust data centric high-volume production applications and develop prototypes quickly.
We would like you to have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and various programming language like C/C++, Java, Objective-C, JavaScript, XML, C#, OCAml and other server side tools. You will also need to be familiar with methodologies like Scrum, RAD, OOD and others.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that has a proven background of being a quick learner. We want a problem solver, a self-directed learner, a team player.
