RN POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) develops and implements a plan of treatment to meet clients? needs in accordance with the principles and practices of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing services to medically fragile children in their homes throughout the island of Oahu.
LPN POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Program Manager, provides nursing care and other selected client services to medically fragile children in their homes within accordance with the client?s individualized plan of care.
MINIMUM FIELD-OF-EXPERTISE: One (1) year of experience in the specialty applying for or a closely related field within the last two (2) years.
REQUIRED : Current license to practice as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse in the state of Hawaii. Current BLS-Healthcare Provider- biennially, Current driver?s license in good standing. Current No-fault auto insurance. Current TB Clearance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Pediatric long term care, acute care or home care, one year trach/vent experience preferred.
