Responsibilities:
Partner with subject matter experts to elicit, evaluate and document business and clinical requirements
Responsible for the research, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirements, user stories, use cases and workflows
Lead formalized joint application development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders
Collaborate with UI/UX team to define the user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications
User acceptance testing process (UAT) with internal and external stakeholder groups
Required Skills:
Healthcare domain knowledge a plus (Not Health Insurance)
Understands the basics of software development lifecycle methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Acrobat
Basic requirement elicitation and analysis skills
Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
Detail oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Understands web and mobile software development tools and methodologies
Required Education and Experience
BA or BS
