National Sales Manager Job Opening in Burlington, Washington - Clearsnap is seeking an In-house Sales Director to cultivate and grow our market with our unique industry leading products. This growing industry needs someone who is self-motivated, able to work with our dynamic marketing and support team, and has some relevant experience or knowledge of the unique specialty ink and craft industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategizing and implementing a sales plan to help acquire and expand new and existing product sales in the industry.
Managing and supporting manufacturer representatives to contact new and existing retail customers to introduce and sell our premium line of consumer products.
Cultivating and bringing on board new accounts as well as managing stand alone and retail chain beauty accounts throughout the country, nationally.
Quick and efficient follow up and response that contributes to exceptional time management and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant sales experience selling Consumer Goods into retail locations.
Computer knowledge and experience with Sage software desired.
Strong and precise communication, verbal and written skills using Outlook and via telephone for communication with our customers.
Proven sales record and experience managing outside representatives.
Proficient advanced experience required using Internet and Microsoft Office; specifically current versions of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Resourceful and savvy with using the internet for research, and proficient documentation.
Exceptional negotiation, time management and organizational skills required, including ability to follow-up and meet customers compliance and deadline requirements.
Ability to periodically travel to Industry Relevant Trade Shows (guide and implement product set up/layout) selling and hosting meetings at the shows.
Associate?s Degree in related field; or B.A. four yr. degree is strongly preferred.
Ability to work M-F 7:30 am to 4 pm from our headquarters.
