Hotel Sales Manager Job Opening in Airway Heights, Washington - Northern Quest Resort and Casino, the Northwest?s premier destination resort, is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager , responsible for developing group bookings that enable the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue and room night goals

Qualifications:
Associate?s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Two years previous experience in hotel sales, preferably with Northern Quest target market segments. 4 diamond or 4 star hotel experience a plus; Exceptional ?people skills.?; Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; Flexible with scheduling, as promotional and special events demand. Ability to pass a background check; Must be willing to sign a legally binding non-competition contract that prohibits activity that directly conflicts with the integrity of Kalispel Tribe Economic Authority?s business interests and its affiliate organizations as specified within the contract, for the duration of time listed; Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels. Occasional travel and overnight stay required.
