Sales Consultant Job Opening in Forest Lake, Minnesota - Make a difference in the world and people's lives while earning a great salary, mostly from your own home! Thirst Missions, provides short-term mission trip opportunities in Belize, Alaska, and England. We have an opening for a mostly home based sales consultant! This position has a commission-based pay structure.
Position Overview: The person in this position will work 12+ hours per week from our home office in Forest Lake, MN but any additional hours may be done from home. Time will be spent calling, emailing, and contacting church staff from around the country, as well as using social media to generate leads and sales. The goal of the position is to increase awareness of the need for groups to come to Alaska, Belize, and England on short?term missions through Thirst Missions and to sign groups up to serve in with us. One week each year may be spent in one of our locations for training, relationship building, overall knowledge of our mission trips, and/or a part of our mission trip staff.
Requirements:
Applicant is required to be a devoted Christian who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and believes that the Bible is the inspired, infallible word of God. Applicant should be a self-starter, sales focused, outgoing, ministry minded, hardworking, energetic, reliable, flexible, enjoy working with people, and needs to be a team player.
Compensation Overview:
This is a fully commission-based position, with the realistic goal of earning $20,000-$35,000/year depending on effectiveness and number of hours worked. This position provides great potential and a fantastic work environment and staff.
In addition, 4 weeks of paid vacation, including holidays are included in the position. A sales expense budget is available as well.
