Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Boulder, Colorado - Rapidly growing consumer goods manufacturing company located in Boulder, CO is seeking candidates to fill the position of Inside Sales Rep/CE Channel:
Responsibilities include:
Develop new accounts while managing and expanding current business and market share.
Collaborate in the development and execution of the Wireless Team strategy that aligns the strategic sales objectives for the corporate brand.
Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPI?s) that align with the strategic sales plan to deliver annual growth objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide training and support for key accounts.
Provide weekly / monthly reports that summarize new project initiatives, progress toward goal achievement, sales forecasts, sales revenue, new projects, and various other business-related requests.
Collaborate with Marketing, the Wireless Sales Team to develop and implement programs that motivate and incentivize field based teams to increase sales around promotions, holiday, and strategic retail merchandising.
Develop and implement regional travel plans for optimizing sales activities, customer engagement, and controlling travel costs as good stewards of company resources.
Preferred Skills:
1+ years? experience in business development / sales
Experience in the wireless industry and/or consumer product industry preferred
Experience in retail sales
Ability to work independently and highly organized
Passion to deliver sales results that support corporate initiatives
Travel 25%
