Security Analyst Job Opening in Greenville, South Carolina - Security Analyst security and compliance analyst the federal compliance, information system security office role will develop, implement and ensure ongoing compliance of policies and best practices required to ensure the security and operations of the fedramp program. the primary directive of this role is to ensure the security, compliance and continued operations of our fedramp system on a daily basis. primary responsibilities: ? provide compliance related input into creation and implementation of infosec policy ? execute review of key controls outputs to validate compliance ? monitor completion of periodic controls tasks by other teams ? makes recommendations on the necessary tools and processes to protect assets ? incident management and breach response oversight ? complete vendor due diligence reports in accordance to pmo repository process. ? participate in business continuity disaster recovery engagements ? analyze vulnerabilities and present risk-based recommendations to the business ? provide support to development team in understanding vulnerabilities and remediation options ? lead compliance/audit efforts ? assist in the execution of proper security training for the organization to ensure compliance experience required ? bachelor degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred. ? 5+ years of practical experience, 2 years? experience in an information security role ? skills and experience in program and project management ? focus on business process review and improvement along with a strong sense of urgency ? fedramp specific experience strongly desired ? understanding of is impacts of external industry and governmental regulations and standards (such as fisma, nist, fedramp and iso) ? must be a compliance documentation and management expert ? must be passionate about information security, have excellent analytical, problem solving, risk analysis and negotiation skills ? strong understanding of security operations concepts: perimeter defense, byod management, data loss protection, risk assessment and security metrics ? understanding of malicious code ? must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively ? must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment. ? ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and reference established precedents and policies ? familiarity with azure govcloud ***for immediate consideration, please email resume to ***
