Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Burnsville, Mississippi - National Salvage & Service Corporation is an industry leading railroad contractor working in locations across the USA. National is opening a new Wood Processing Facility and currently seeking a Bookkeeper ? someone with clerical experience, to manage administrative tasks. Previous experience in book keeping and clerical support is required. It would helpful to have previous experience in the contractor and construction industry. Excellent written and verbal communication are a must as well as proficiency in Excel and Word.
DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track incoming and outgoing inventory with extreme accuracy
Collect employee and payroll data for processing
Consistent and ongoing communication with Corporate headquarters
Create, manage, and disburse reports
Handle a range of administrative functions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s Degree; or three to five years related experience
