Patient Account/Billing Representative Job Opening in Southborough, Massachusetts - VNA Care is seeking a Patient Account/ Billing Representative to be part of the financial team located in our Southborough office, just off of 495,exit 23A.
Patient Account/Billing Representative will be responsible for monitoring the accounts receivables to assure claims are paid in a timely manner. Patient Account Representative collaborates with clinical staff, patients and insurers to obtain complete and accurate billing information to process claims.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred for Patient Account Representative role.
One year of health care billing and collection experience required
Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
Knowledge of MS Office required
Experience with managed care and/or home care preferred
Associate Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
Hours: Monday ? Friday 8AM- 4:30PM
