As a sales representative, identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. We are looking for CAREER oriented individual. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the eyelash extension product market.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers to selecting suitable merchandise or alternatives;
Engaging in developing more effective customer service skills through training;
Communicating with Business Development Manager regarding customers? concerns;
Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales and presenting to business development manager for reviewing;
Preparing sales contracts and submit orders for processing with the authorization of business development manager;
Accomplishing the sales goal set by business development manager;
Reporting the latest order status to business development manager by weekly;
Handling sales transactions;
Planning daily work schedule to call or visiting on existing or potential sales client to develop new business opportunity;
Providing honest and positive feedback to clients regarding the best products that fit their expectations;
Negotiating prices and terms with customers and reporting to the Business Development Manager in a timely manner;
Requirements:
Associate's Degree and at least one year sales experience Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality important
Track record of networking to create new opportunities
Strong client relationship management skills
Must have strong verbal skills
Must be detail oriented, organized, responsible & self-motivated
Knowledge of Chinese is Preferred
