Your responsibilities on a day to day basis will include the following:
1) Researching prospects using our tools and collaborating with our lead generation partners to identify potential clients on a daily basis.
2) Daily contact with prospects by email and phone.
3) Successfully setting appointments for a more in-depth discussion of the services provided by Digital Deepdish.
4) Applying your strong knowledge of online or digital media/marketing in order to build relationships with prospective clients.
5) Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
6) Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
7) Keep detailed notes on outbound call history and customers response in detail.
8) Ensure that leads do not get stale and follow up consistently
Skills required:
1) An excellent command of English
2) At least 2-3 years? experience in Business Development/New Business and Account Management, with an Upwork rating of 90% or higher
3) Educated to degree level or equivalent
4) Willingness and ability to take on new challenges
5) Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills (face-to-face, written and telephone)
6) A network of contacts that you can build on
7) Experience working in a environment and understanding of (and passion for) the industry
8) Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously
9) Self starter who is target driven and motivated - must be comfortable in a target oriented environment
10) Consultative sales skills - our audience is made up of agencies/media owners and requires a balance of soft sell approach and hard sale closure
11) Ability to work from home ? all tools and training will be provided
12) The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, articulate, positive and diplomatic

We are based in the United States however the successful candidate can be based remotely as long as they have a strong Internet connection.
