RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop job postings and advertise open positions using traditional and non-traditional job posting methods (let?s face it, people look everywhere for jobs these days?, Facebook, Twitter... maybe not Snapchat).
Source and screen like a talent-seeking machine?reviewing resumes and applications and evaluating candidate work histories, education, training, and compensation needs.
Conduct initial phone interviews and relay all the would-be stars to our hiring managers for further consideration.
Schedule interviews, maintain our candidate tracking tools, and actively coordinate recruitment efforts.
Actively source external applicants using outlets like Indeed and Career Builder.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in high-volume, full-cycle corporate recruiting. You?ll also be guest-oriented, a great communicator, and a superb candidate sourcing specialist. We?re looking for someone who can hit the ground running?a talented recruiter who?s familiar with employment selection concepts, practices, and procedure.
