The job requires: providing quality customer service, telephone and counter sales, determining and satisfying customer needs, quoting rate and car information, handling customer inquiries and problems, handling cash, providing travel assistance (maps, directions, etc.), booking reservations for future rentals, cleaning and refueling of cars, and performing a variety of computer transactions related to the rental process.
