Full-Time Applicants Mortgage Lender, expanding its operation and looking to hire a qualified, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with 2+ years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities: * Calculates commissions and reviews for accuracy* Assists with payroll processing* Researches commissionable loans to determine loan payout* Calculates and reviews monthly bonuses* Researches expected vs actual loan variances* Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee changes* Downloads reports and morning Purchase Advices* Researches accounts payable issues* Reviews and approves A/P and appraisal invoices* Assists with charge back's and credits* Completes bank and warehouse reconciliations* Assists with loan accounting and reconciliations* Reviews GL coding of accounts payable and prepare journal entries to reclassify when needed * Assists the Controller with various projects* Reviews and enters invoices* Reconciles warehouse lines* Reconciles credit report : * Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong problem solving and analytical skills* Strong teamwork capabilities* Advanced proficiency in Excel* Expert computer skills* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required* 2-3 years of professional payroll experience requiredRequired experience: * Must have experience working for a mortgage companyCompetitive SalaryBenefits: Health Insurance, 401K, vacation planPlease, email your resume
