Accounting Manager Job Opening in Sarasota, Florida - About Us :
We are a growing Community Association Management firm seeking a full charge administrator in a dog friendly, fun, and hi-tech, fast paced environment located in Sarasota, Florida.
About You :
You have knowledge & experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting; bank reconciliations, journal entries & financial reporting. You are comfortable reading & understanding a balance sheet and profit & loss report. You are detail oriented, work well individually, follow through with tasks, and strive to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
An understanding of accrual based accounting
Able to maneuver between multiple set of books
Experience with QuickBooks (Premier & Enterprise)
Savvy with Excel
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor?s degree
Community Association Management experience a big - plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
