Accounting Administrator Job Opening in Jacksonville, Florida - Exceptional opportunity for an individual looking to join an innovative technology driven parking management company. The Accounting Administrator for Elite works within the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed. The Accounting Administrator is responsible for following financial policies, procedures, controls, and utilizing reporting systems for Elite operations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year work experience within a book keeping, accounting, or accounts receivable/payable position.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (most importantly Excel) required.
Expert in QuickBooks Enterprise required.
Payroll management experience preferred.
Experience with financial ERP systems and portfolio accounting preferred.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Create timely and accurate revenue reports and invoices.
Distribute monthly revenue collections and parking reports.
Interact with operations management to work on revenue collections.
Contact clients with delinquent accounts.
Assure timely collection of monies due.
Monitor and report on deviations from client credit standards.
Assure timely and accurate client invoicing for commercial and residential accounts.
Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.
Weekly reporting of A/R collection projections and delinquent accounts.
Ensure bank deposits of client revenues and proper allocations.
Interface with operations team and senior level management in communicating and resolving issues.
Analyze customer accounts at the time of application for any skipped or partial payments, or customer errors. Contact customers immediately to resolve any remittance discrepancies.
A/R analysis and reporting, identify critical issues.
Participate is cross training for all aspects of the Accounting Department.
