QA & Compliance Auditor Job Opening in Kansas City, Missouri - Our company is a fast growing leader in the fulfillment of frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods. We ship thousands of small parcels via UPS and FedEx daily.

Responsibilities include auditing productivity accuracy, training and compliance for all 3 facilities. The position is 55% warehouse (to audit orders, train staff, etc), 15% freezer (to audit inventory, train new pickers, etc) and 30% office (to maintain audit documentation).
Quality Control:
Check orders to ensure 100% accuracy
Randomly audit processes to ensure 100% adherence
Training
Train staff
Create new SOP's as needed
Safety
Enforce safety policies
Report safety issues
Claims
Investigate order and inventory issues
Requirements:
Excellent excel skills
Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized and consistent
Capable of working independently
Forklift certified
