Administrative Director of Finance and Operations Job Opening in Rolla, Missouri - Your Community Health Center is seeking an Administrative Director of Finance and Operations an exempt position responsible for maintaining accurate records of agency's financial position; assist in the financial aspects of the agency's strategic plan; produce reports which accurately reflect the agency's activities; provide support in other administrative activities; oversees center facilities and equipment. Responsible for administering human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Interacts with the CEO and senior leadership in developing the strategic plan and its financial planning component. Overseas and directs budgeting, audit and cost reporting, 990 preparation, monthly financials, purchasing, long-range forecasting, federal reporting/drawdowns and insurance activities for the organization.
Bachelors degree in accounting required. Master's degree or CPA preferred. Two to four years experience in healthcare and/or non-profit organization; FQHC experience preferred.
