We're looking for a Senior Developer to create and maintain internal software programs for our business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and programming. Successful team members are clear communicators, detail oriented and have a passion for learning.

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years? software development experience
Extensive experience with Java, C#, SQL server database and C++
Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly
Commitment to continuing growth & learning
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Code and test programming for in-house software programs
Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need
Work within SCRUM Agile Development process to complete new projects
Communicate with designers, SCRUM Masters & other key stakeholders about projects in a simplified manner that is easily transferable to clients.
Balance workday between multiple projects and respond immediately to tech support requests from staff
Implement systems in in-house production environment
Report issues and concerns immediately to manager
Troubleshoot system bugs and issues
